PVC
PVC Letters are made from a plastic material which provide a long lasting exterior letter application. Face and sides of pvc letters are slightly pitted and available in a matte paint finish only.Available thicknesses: 3mm (1/8"), 6mm (1/4"), 13mm (1/2"), 19mm(3/4")
Durability: Very good, between foam and acrylic.
Interior or Exterior: Both
Painted: Yes, pvc letters also available in unpainted white or black.
Sides painted: Yes
Face: Imperfections if viewing close.
Edge: Pitted, smoother than foam.
Mounting: VHB* (very high bond tape). * When using VHB tape on letters 12” and up we recommend adding silicone adhesive to back side of letters for installation. For permanent installation of pvc letters, we offer Studs for 1/4”, ½” and 3/4” letters 5” and up.
Notes: Not a perfectly smooth edge or face. Inherent open cells will show on the sides and the face.

When ordering lowercase letters always order by the capital letter height. Corresponding lowercase letters will be proportionate to the cap height and as a result will be smaller than the cap height.
